Immigration Law for the Global Marketplace

Mr. Gump concentrates his practice and has significant experience in business related immigration: including strategic business and family visas; employment planning for international personnel; and the defense of employer sanctions and citizenship discrimination charges. In other areas, Mr. Gump also has represented clients in the structuring of international joint ventures and telecommunication ventures, banking and financing transactions, and real estate matters. Mr. Gump is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, and the International Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association. He is a frequent lecturer internationally on immigration law, and is on the editorial board of Immigration Policy and Law.
